Meats

Pulled pork, pulled chicken, brisket and our famous ribs. All of our meats have a dry rub on them and all sauces are homemade and served on the side.

Our specialty sides are smoke baked beans with bacon and mac & cheese. We also serve cornbread and coleslaw.

VEGETARIAN/Vegan

We added some crowd favorite vegetarian and vegan dishes (see pictures below) such as the Roasted Vegetables with Capers, Vegan Paella, and Stuffed Tomatoes. But we are always happy to work with you on other vegetarian/vegan ideas and menu items.
